Insert the Windows Vista Install DVD and reboot the computer. If you see a message about hitting a key to boot the DVD, do so. Otherwise, the PC will.

I spent 2 hours uninstalling the hidden apps, toolbars, browser hijacks and browser extensions that came with this . I'll have to run a separate set of scans again tomorrow to double check it's all gone.
